  • What days can I pick up my items?

    We offer pickups on every day except Sunday. While items are usually available for pickup the day before your event, we are closed on Sundays—so for Monday events, pickup is on Saturday.

  • What days can I drop off my items?

    We offer drop offs on every day except Sunday. While usually, items are due back the day after your event, for Saturday events, items can be dropped off on Monday (as we are closed on Sundays).

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    We will refund deposits for 7 days after the initial booking. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. This is to give you peace of mind while booking with us!

  • How does payment work?

    Your total is split into two payments—a 25% non-refundable* deposit, and a 75% final payment.

    Your items are held when your 25% deposit is received. Deposit is non-refundable*. Your final payment is due 30 days before your event.

    If you book within 30 days of your event, the full amount is due upfront.

    *Refunds will be available within 7 days of receipt, as a courtesy to our customers.

  • Do you offer custom items?

    We offer custom signage and other items on a limited basis. Do you have an idea of an item you’d like to rent that we don’t have, or custom signage? Let us know.
